Advances in toxicity management
최근 혈액/종양내과 분야에 많은 약제들의 도입은 새로운 치료의 기회를 만들어 주었지만 한편 예상치 못한 부작용의 발생을 경험하게 하였다.
그러므로 실제 임상에서 만날 수 있는 부작용을 적절하게 조절하여 보다 효과적인 치료를 위해 본 세션에서는 폐질환, 내분비질환, 피부질환의 부작용 관리 및 방사선치료를 받는 환자들에게서 나타날 수 있는 부작용에 대한 강의를 구성하였다.

면역항암치료가 종양 치료에 하나의 축으로 자리 잡고 있으나 그 효과가 제한적인 경우가 많고 실제 임상 적용에서 여러가지 고려 사항이 있다. 이번 세션에서는 면역항암치료의 효과를 극대화하기 위해 진행되고 있는 임상연구 및 전략에 대해 살펴보고, 실제 임상에서 면역항암치료 시 고려해야 되는 사항으로 준비하였다.

Targeted therapy: Clinical effects and resistance
올해 다학제 교육 2번째 세션에서는 최근까지 발표된 표적치료제 임상 결과를 정리하고, 치료 내성과 관련한 연구 자료를 살펴보고자 한다. 실제 임상에서 사용되는 표적치료제의 효용성 뿐 아니라, 향후 암 치료 효과를 높이고 재발을 줄일 수 있는 치료 내성기전 극복에 대해 고민할 수 있는 시간으로, 임상의들과 연구자들에게 유익한 시간이 되기를 기대한다.
